μsデータ管理 プライバシーポリシー

新東科学株式会社（以下「当社」）は、Android アプリ「μsデータ管理」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリが扱う情報と保存場所

本アプリは、当社製トライボギア ミューズ（以下「本体」）の測定データを管理するためのアプリです。本アプリで扱う以下の情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当社に送信されることはありません。

利用者が「ファイル保存」「ZIPで保存」「ZIPを共有」を操作した場合に限り、利用者が選択した保存先（端末内のフォルダ、クラウドストレージ等）または共有先のアプリにデータが渡されます。

本アプリは、アカウント登録、位置情報の取得、広告の表示を行いません。

2. カメラの利用

写真の撮影には端末に標準搭載のカメラアプリを使用します。本アプリ自体はカメラの権限を持たず、撮影された写真は上記 1 のとおり端末内にのみ保存されます。

3. 文字認識（OCR）機能と外部送信

サンプル名の文字認識には Google LLC が提供する「ML Kit」を使用しています。文字認識の処理は端末内で行われ、写真や認識した文字が外部に送信されることはありません。

ただし ML Kit は、機能の診断および利用状況の分析のため、以下の情報を Google に送信する場合があります（通信は暗号化されます）。

• 端末情報（メーカー、機種、OS のバージョン）
• アプリ情報（パッケージ名、バージョン）
• インストールごとの識別子（利用者個人を特定するためのものではありません）
• 処理時間などの性能情報、機能の設定、イベントの種類

これらの情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy ）および ML Kit のデータ開示（https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure ）をご確認ください。

4. USB 機器の情報

本アプリは、本体との通信のために、接続された USB シリアル変換器の種類（メーカー・製品の識別番号）を参照します。この情報は通信にのみ使用し、保存・送信しません。

5. 第三者への提供

当社は、本アプリで扱う情報を第三者に提供しません（上記 3 の ML Kit による送信を除きます）。

6. データのバックアップと削除

• 本アプリの作業中データは、端末の設定により Android のバックアップ機能（利用者自身の Google アカウント）でバックアップされる場合があります。
• 本アプリ内のデータは、メニューの「新規ファイル作成」または本アプリのアンインストールで削除できます。
• 利用者が保存・共有したファイルは、保存先・共有先で利用者自身が削除してください。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは測定機器の利用者を対象としており、13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

μs Data Manager — Privacy Policy

Shinto Scientific Co., Ltd. ("we") describes below how the Android app "μsデータ管理" (μs Data Manager, "the App") handles user information.

1. Information handled by the App

The App manages measurement data from the HEIDON Tribogear Muse friction tester. The following information is stored only on the user's device and is never sent to us:

• Measurement data received from the tester over USB (friction coefficients and time received)
• Sample names entered by the user
• Photos attached to samples by the user

Data leaves the App only when the user explicitly saves or shares it ("Save file", "Save as ZIP", "Share ZIP"), and only to the destination the user chooses.

The App has no user accounts, does not access location, and shows no ads.

2. Camera

Photos are taken with the device's built-in camera app. The App itself does not hold the camera permission. Photos are stored only on the device.

3. Text recognition (OCR)

The App uses Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition. Images and recognized text are not sent off the device. For diagnostics and usage analytics, ML Kit may send Google the following (encrypted in transit): device information (manufacturer, model, OS version), app information (package name, version), per-installation identifiers not intended to identify a user, performance metrics, API configuration, and event types. 4. USB device information

The App reads the type (vendor/product ID) of the connected USB serial adapter solely to communicate with the tester. It is not stored or transmitted.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share any information handled by the App with third parties, except for the ML Kit transmission described in section 3.

6. Backup and deletion

Working data may be included in Android backup to the user's own Google account, depending on device settings. In-app data can be deleted with "新規ファイル作成" (New file) or by uninstalling the App. Files the user saved or shared must be deleted at their destination by the user.

7. Children

The App is intended for users of measuring instruments and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
