TYPE:20 Torque Type Friction and Wear Tester
TYPE:20
Disk-on-disk and Ball-on-disk Friction and Wear Testing
The torque converter is directly connected to the turntable on which the test piece can be mounted.
For the loading, it will be possible to select the disk for surface contact and the ball indenter for point contact.
Because the disk and the ball indenter can both be balanced using the dead weight, low loading can be used to carry out highly accurate friction and wear testing.
Power supply: 100 V AC only. A step-down transformer is required for use outside Japan.
TYPE:34 Rotating Drum/Both-way Sliding Combined Friction and Wear Tester
TYPE:34
Two Types of Testing in One Instrument! Both-way Sliding Testing and Rotating Drum Testing
This friction and wear tester allows not only the same sliding testing as that offered by TriboStation, but also enables rotating drum testing. Adding to the same sliding testing that was possible with previous friction and wear testers, rotation drum testing can also be carried out.
The friction and wear tester provides two functions in the same machine, so that testing of photosensitive drums and supply paper rollers can be measured with the same rotation used under the actual measurement conditions, while paper and plate-shaped samples can be measured by straight line both-way sliding testing.
Power supply: 100 V AC only. A step-down transformer is required for use outside Japan.
TYPE:35 Wide-Range Load Friction and Wear Tester
TYPE:35
Super Wide Range! Allowing Testing from Minimum 20g to Maximum 100kg
Using a high sensitivity balance arm method for the minimum loading of 20g up to 10kg, high loading from 10kg to 100kg can be safely applied.
Utilizing a raising and lowering type loading mechanism, a friction and wear tester with an exceptionally wide range of loading has been realized.
Power supply: 100 V AC only. A step-down transformer is required for use outside Japan.
TYPE:36 Low Load Wear Tester
TYPE:36
Tribogear with a Minimum 0.1g-10g Loading Range
This is a wear tester that allows measurement from very low loading (0.1g) that was previously difficult to measure, to a maximum loading of 10g.
A turntable with a high speed of 3000rpm and width of 80mm is utilized to allow a wide range of wear testing.
The minimum loading from 0.1g up to 10g of the very low loading wear tester is realized using a flat spring pressing method.
For the turntable, a new type of turntable is utilized which has a low vibration that will not affect the measurement when using very low loading.
This instrument makes it possible to precisely measure the wear of thin films and surface processing, for which measurement was formerly difficult.
Power supply: 100 V AC only. A step-down transformer is required for use outside Japan.
